• 25-Year Shelf Life: (stored as recommended; temperature 50-55° F) All Freeze-dried food should be kept in storage that stays under 75 degrees. The cold does not affect the product adversely but the heat will and if the heat is higher than 75 degrees you start to lose out on the guarantee of up to a 30 year shelf life.
• Ready-Made Meals: nitrogen-purged, and sealed in economical 4-serving mylar pouches, shipped inside a tamper-evident sealed bucket. The buckets are re-sealable once opened.
• Simple To Prepare:Just add hot water.
