Rescue Rick is a trademark and was primarily established to provide children and adults a safe place to get information about, preparing and coping with disasters and related emergencies. Rescue Rick does provide a forum for questions and answerers about these topics only and encourage adult supervision with children under 18. As questions of interest are sent in Homefront Emergency may choose to display those questions along with Rescue Ricks response on our website forum for anyone to view. For this reason user names or first names and state only are displayed not real names.

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. We are committed to providing quality products at the lowest prices possible. Should you have any concerns or questions about a product including availability or shipping please do not hesitate to contact us.
CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?:We extend a 15 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products excluding, special orders, hygiene or personal wear or use items, all bulk orders, all food items and water from the day you receive your order as determined not returnable or refundable item by Homefront Emergency.
Upon our receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Homefront Emergency will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery / shipping charges. If 15 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund. If you have a question about an item you have purchased or wish to make a return, please call us at 877-787-6800 Monday-Friday 9-5 PST or email email@example.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
All returns MUST be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). ALL UNAUTHORIZED OR NON-RESTOCKABLE RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE or ASSESSED ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEES AS OUTLINED BELOW.

It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain an RMA number within the return policy period, by contacting us either by e-mail customer service ( email@example.com )or by phone 877-787-6800 . AN RMA NUMBER MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ORDER RECEIPT OR REQUEST WILL BE DENIED.
If the RMA # is issued it will be issued for the number of items specified at the time of issuance only and customer agrees items are as described to our customer service representative.
AUTHORIZED PRODUCTS BEING RETURNED:
MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ISSUED RMA. Homefront Emergency will within 30 days, send you a replacement, or refund your money, less only shipping charges and a 20% restocking charge (this covers box, packing materials, labor and re-stocking charge).
If products and/or orders returned which we have determined to be damaged when out of the control of Homefront Emergency and/or is in non-restockable condition will be returned to the customer, at the customers expense.
Products determined by Homefront Emergency to be a manufacturers defect will be replaced free of charge only.
Returns must be complete with all parts, accessories, manuals, etc. ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND SHIPPING CARTON THE RMA# MUST BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CARTON OR IT WILL BE REFUSED BY US AND RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AT CUSTOMER EXPENSE.
products and/or orders accepted for return within our return policy will be assessed a 50% processing and restocking fee.
UNAUTHORIZED OR AUTHORIZED NON-RESTOCKABLE ITEMS
accepted for return by us will be assessed a 70% damaged item processing fee and will be discarded or will be returned to the customer at customers expense.This includes products determined by us to be damaged when out of control of Homefront Emergency or one of our authorized freight carriers.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE::
Homefront Emergency and our freight carriers make every effort to assure timely delivery of all orders. On occasion shipments can be delayed due to peak seasonal demand, weather conditions, acts and conditions beyond the control of us and our freight carriers. For these reasons we cannot be held responsible for shipment delays and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges due to these circumstances.
Homefront Emergency DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY OF DAMAGE or missing items CLAIMS AFTER THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS - OPEN YOUR PACKAGE AND INSPECT UPON RECEIPT. If Package shows any sign of exterior damages such as holes, punctures indentation or crushed please contact freight carrier for inspection and or claim before contacting us. If there is a concealed damage please contact us for an RA#.Carefully repack the item(s) with all instructions and documentation in it's original packaging, be sure to write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package and mail or ship it back, prepaid, Ground UPS or priority US Mail. In some areas Homefront Emergency may have the item picked up. Following the inspection of the items, Homefront Emergency will promptly replace the item and refund standard (non-express) shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective.
WARRANTY AND OR PRODUCT CLAIMS:
All Warranties written or implied are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer unless otherwise indicated in writing by Homefront Emergency.
Customer Order Agreement:
By making a purchase from us at this online store you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in our companies customer order agreement, return policy, product warranty & suitability and purchaser responsibility agreement. In the event you refuse the delivery of your order(s) or are not present to receive your order(s) or cancel your order after it has left our facility, you authorize Homefront Emergncy to charge a handling fee of 20% of the merchandise total and that you accept all responsibility for shipping charges incurred.
All orders are subject to a minimum purchase of $ 20.00 and a minimum shipping charge of $7.50
Be aware prior to authorizing an order that some Shipping & Handling charges may exceed the cost of the product(s) ordered. Dependant on the item(s) amount, value or nature of the items sent, or area of delivery, some orders will be sent with "signature required" or "adult signature required" and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be responsible to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees will be charged. You agree to be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fee the freight carrier may impose for extra large, bulky and heavy orders and / or out of the ordinary delivery charges they may charge due to accessibility of delivery address.
If an order is to heavy or to large:
to ship UPS you will be notified of estimated shipping/handeling fees prior to completing your order we will provide you with an estimated shippers fees. Following this notification and by placing your order you are authorizing Homefront Emergency to modify the amount charged to include shipping costs to your credit card. Should your credit card company decline the additional charges you authorize us to recharge your credit card for these shipping costs.

Your discount on shipping may not show on your order during check out, depending on your selection of products. Our processors review every order and will apply the discount. If your order includes items NOT subject to the free shipping offer, YOU MAY BE GIVEN AN INCORRECT TOTAL AT THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Valid Shipping Methods and Destinations:
This offer is only valid via STANDARD Ground delivery to the continental 48 states for shipments of all small to mid-sized size orders (not valid HI or AK). No Post Office (P.O. boxes). Larger sized orders (over 300 LBS. or items that do not qualify for UPS STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING DUE TO SIZE OR WEIGHTS) will ship usually by the freight or shipping company.
Refused or Returned Orders:
*FREE SHIPPING is only valid and provided at no cost on orders that are accepted for deliver by the customer and not returned or refused. Orders refused or returned DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping and will incur the full cost of shipping both to and from the customer and any storage fees. Customer will be refunded the balance between amounts paid less all shipping costs.
Homefront Emergency can ship large orders INTERNATIONAL ORDERS that require over water freight. Homefront Emergency has a freight forwarder for these orders which can be placed through the CONTACT US simply provide a product number and quantity with appropriate return e-mail contact. Our international customer service representative will guide you through the process. When you place a international order that requires ship over water freight by placing the order you agree to our policies for domestic and international shipments. Which include:
1. YOU UNDERSTAND international shipping and handling charges DO NOT INCLUDE VAT DUTY TAXES ORBROKERAGE FEES. Unless otherwise quoted
2. You AGREE to pay these fees if any upon receiving the shipment as may be requested.

4. If a shipment is refused you AGREE to prepay and / or AUTHORIZE homefrontemergency.com to charge your credit card for any and all fees incurred to return products to us Including our restocking fees if any. Which could be greater than the original costs.
