All Meals have a 5-year shelf life.
Chef 5 Minute Meals provide nutritious meals to your shelter, healthcare facility, military, business, or family in minutes. An innovative, convenient meal solution for all situations when gas and/or electrical power are not available due to natural or manmade disasters.

Chef 5 Minute Meals are a self-heating meal solution. This unique product requires no refrigeration, has up to a five-year shelf-life, cooks itself (no oven or microwave needed), and is preservative free.

Each meal has its own portable heating system (patent pending) and consists of a 9 oz entrée with utensils, napkin, salt, and pepper.

Simple to use, within seconds the portable oven heats up to 195°F and in just five minutes the meal is ready to eat.



The 5 min meals are sold only in mixed cases – 6 assorted meals – 12 meals total.
